Beautiful technique. I feel like her hair is off though... I've noticed it in your other portraits, too. It's the way the hair meets the background; it's too sudden and "solid" and contrasts weridly next to the beautiful detailing of the hair itself. It's like you treat hair as a solid block of color. The edges should be wispy and less opaque.
